Buyer finds a product
Browse the BeShadA catalog, search by photo, send RFQs, or chat directly with verified African suppliers.
Buyer pays securely via Paystack
Buyer checks out and pays in their local currency — Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo), card, USSD, or bank transfer. Buyer's money goes into BeShadA escrow — not directly to the seller.
Seller ships the order
Once payment is confirmed, the seller marks the order as shipped and arranges delivery with the buyer. Shipping method (courier, freight, in-person pickup) is agreed via chat or the order note.
Buyer confirms delivery
When the goods arrive, the buyer taps "I received it" in their dashboard. This releases the seller's payout immediately. Otherwise, funds auto-release to the seller 7 days after payment was made.
Seller gets paid
BeShadA sends the seller's share (95% of order value) to their registered bank account or mobile money via Paystack. BeShadA keeps 5% as its platform fee. Payouts arrive in 1-2 business days.
Delivery — how it actually happens
BeShadA does not run its own courier fleet. Suppliers handle shipping themselves, in three common ways:
For domestic orders — DHL, Bolivar, GPS Speedaf, Sky Express in Ghana, or any registered courier of your choice.
For international bulk orders — the supplier coordinates with a freight company (sea, air, or land) per Incoterms agreed in chat.
Buyer collects from the seller's warehouse / cooperative. Best for high-volume bulk orders near a port or industrial zone.
Suppliers must ship within 14 days of payment or the buyer is entitled to a full refund. BeShadA does not arrange or guarantee delivery times — that's between buyer and seller. If your goods don't arrive, open a support ticket within 7 days of expected delivery.
Your money is held by BeShadA — never sent to the seller until you confirm delivery.
Talk to your seller before, during, and after the purchase. All chats are logged for dispute resolution.
