1. Acceptance
By using BeShadA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. BeShadA is operated by BeShadA Trading from Ghana and serves businesses across Africa.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, represent a legitimate business, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
3. Buyers & sellers
BeShadA is a venue connecting buyers and suppliers. Each transaction is a direct contract between the buyer and the supplier. BeShadA verifies supplier identities, holds buyer payments in escrow, and facilitates dispute resolution, but is not a party to any sale.
4. Payments & fees
- Seller subscription: Plans from $10/month. Cancel anytime. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
- Free trial: New sellers get 3 days free, no card required.
- Platform commission: BeShadA takes 5% of each completed sale; the seller receives 95% via Paystack.
- Payout timing: Released to the seller's bank or mobile money 7 days after delivery — or immediately upon buyer confirmation — whichever is sooner.
- Refunds: Buyers may request a refund before delivery confirmation; admin reviews within 48 hours.
5. Prohibited goods & conduct
You may not list or sell counterfeit goods, illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, live animals, human remains, stolen goods, or anything restricted by applicable law. You may not misrepresent products, falsify shipping, manipulate reviews, phish buyers/sellers, or evade BeShadA's fees by transacting off-platform.
6. Delivery
Suppliers must ship within the timeframe stated in the product listing. Shipping methods (courier, freight, in-person pickup) and Incoterms are agreed between buyer and seller via chat or the order's shipping note. If an order is not shipped within 14 days of payment, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
7. Verification badge
Suppliers who upload a valid government-issued ID, business registration certificate, and trade license — and who maintain a 4.5+ star rating with fewer than 5% disputes — receive a "Gold Verified" badge. BeShadA may revoke verification for fraud, low ratings, or repeated disputes.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights to product photos and descriptions you upload, but grant BeShadA a worldwide royalty-free license to display them on the marketplace. The BeShadA logo, design, and brand are property of BeShadA Trading.
9. Disputes
Disputes are first handled by BeShadA support. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ghana, with venue in Accra.
10. Limitation of liability
BeShadA's total liability to you is limited to the platform fees you paid in the prior 12 months. BeShadA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
11. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice posted on this page or emailed to you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
